less poignant blog

please see below blog. But also... thought i should mention my minor disaster of the minute:

yesterday I was making a model for school (very busily doing this at the moment) and by accident I spilt molten wax down the sink and blocked it. Stayed up till 2am pouring boiling water down drain to try to unblock to no avail. Left very appologetic note to flatmate swearing I will pay for plumber etc. Today I have spent another 3 or so hours pouring water down and it seems to be better. also cleaned entire kitchen very thoroughly and bought flowers. Should my flatmates still have the shits with me? I have been getting some dirty looks and not sure if I deserve it, maybe I do?

What about me-eee!!!!

I have realised my blog is going to have to become a bit more risqe (dont know how to spell, pronounced risk-ay) if anyone is going to comment on it. You may not all realise the joy when one gets comments on their blog. Emily's blog is going off today re: lesbos shorty action so I reckon I need to get you all voicing your opinions on MY blog, me me me me me!

My platform today is : Chappelles Nightmare

Don't know if you Kiwi's know but australia is going mad for chappelle corby, a beautician from queensland who had a pillow sized bag on marajuana in her boogie board bag when she arrived for her holiday in Bali. Chappelle has been sentenced to 20 years imprisonment. Aussies are goin BONKERS! Now don't get me wrong, I think chappelle probably didn't do it and I feel sorry for her, it is tragic (nb new spelling) BUT aussies are using the drama as a way of venting anti indonesian anti muslim anti anythingthatsnotaustralian attitude and saying things like we should boycott indonesia etc.

Now, did these aussies care when david hicks was imprisioned without trial? or mumdo habib?(they care now he's back, they're keeping an eye on him, if he so much as buys halal food he'll be sent straigt to jail)

Do these aussies care about the thousand of men woman and children who get locked up for life on arrival in australia for doing nothing! let alone without trial! And they didn't come here on holiday.

What about the starving children in africa? And whales? People in australia can get mighty worked up about a cause with a pretty aussie chick on the cover by can't get off the domino's bbq sauce filled arseholes to give a shit about anything else. Some people are even asking for money donated to indonesia for the tsunami tragedy to be refunded to oz, sickening!

So if they doesn't get you commenting on my blog I give up! Even if you can just correct my spelling mistakes that would be good, it's very embararseing speling rong on owne blogg.

ta ta

hmmmmmmm......

just had a thought..... is "poignant pointy" the worst blog name in the history of blog names of all time?
I came up with it in a rush, I don't think my blog is particularly poignant, I'm being sar-car-stic. Ems should understand pointy part (anointy-nointy)

Tim cutting loose, footloose.

Me and Sarah (current housemate, centre) and english Sarah who's going back next week. (nb heart brooch Ned)

Anna and Carrie (my soon to be housemates)

An English Birthday: Curry and the Pub.

Last night was my friend Tim's Birthday and we went out for curry dinner then down the pub for some drinks. Tim and his girlfriend Sarah have been staying in oz for a few months as the last installment of their OE so was a very english affair. Tim went to school with my flatmate Vim, they are all from Swindon, yes thats right like from the office, where the "swindon branch" have to merge with Slow (spelling?) har har.

Pub was good fun we went to "the retreat" which is in brunswick near where I will be living soon in new house with Anna and Carrie. Cheesy Dj played lots of good oldies including footloose (which we all got a bit over excited about) and tim is pictured here "goin men'al" to "get back" by the beatles.

Lots of fun, now time for school work, only 9 days till holidays woooohoooooooooooo!

ta ta for now, hooroo.
